Fueled by an advanced ARM processor, Meris' MercuryX delivers performance on par with high-end studio rackmount units. MercuryX contains eight custom Meris reverb algorithms with plentiful configurable elements for maximum customization. This pedal boasts an intuitive screen-based user interface with an expressive Hold Modifier switch for on-the-fly control and a deep modifier section for advanced signal routing. A stereo freeze feature, gate envelope controls for every reverb type, and a host of other processing elements facilitate adventurous experimentation. And once you find a sound you like, you can store it in MercuryX's 99 preset locations in 33 banks. You also get a digitally controlled analog mix bus, stereo I/O with individual pre-delay note divisions for each channel, MIDI connectivity, and assignable expression pedal control. MercuryX brandishes a premium analog signal path and 24-bit AD/DA with floating-point DSP, ensuring the best sound possible.

The ultimate in ambience

Inheriting the core functionality of Meris' Mercury7 pedal, MercuryX is one of the most feature-intensive reverb pedals in the market. Built around an advanced ARM processor, MercuryX comes loaded with eight custom Meris reverb algorithms: Ultraplate, Cathedra, 78 Room, 78 Plate, 78 Hall, Spring, Prism, and Gravity. You get an expanded 2.54 seconds of stereo pre-delay, in addition to configurable reverb structures, types, and processing elements, and comprehensive routing for the ultimate in customizable ambient sounds. MercuryX provides a stereo freeze function, gate envelope controls for every reverb type, and all-new processing elements, such as 79 Chorus, Vibrato, Vowel Mod, Tremolo, Hazy Lo-Fi, and more. You can also select note divisions for the pre-delay on each side of your stereo image.

Loaded with creativity-enhancing features

Given that MercuryX packs so many features, you can make it do just about anything. It includes an assignable expression pedal control for multiple simultaneous parameters and an expressive Hold Modifier switch for on-the-fly control. MercuryX offers truckloads of MIDI options as well, such as MIDI in and out over DIN jacks, MIDI implementation for Continuous Control parameters, MIDI presets send and receive, and MIDI beat clock synchronization.

Amazing 24-bit AD/DA and 32-bit floating-point DSP

MercuryX is not only powerful, but it also sounds incredible. It starts with a premium analog signal path, a top-quality analog JFET input section, and crystal-clear 24-bit AD/DA with 32-bit floating-point DSP. This stompbox also features a digitally controlled analog mix bus, a stereo input and output with separate jacks for each, and a switchable input/output headroom level for instrument or synthesizer/line-level signals.
