SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Shipping Conditions:

At Gsus4, we strive to provide the best possible online shopping experience by offering FREE shipping to all metropolitan areas in Australia on orders over $99 and under 15kg cubic weight with dimensions no greater than 1m in any direction.

For larger items and shipping to rural and remote postcodes, additional shipping costs will apply as couriers charge up to three times the average cost depending on the address.

Post-Shipment Changes:

Once the shipment has departed from our facilities, we are unable to make changes such as address adjustments, redirections, or additions of insurance or signature on delivery options. Gsus4 will not hold responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen, or for any changes not made prior to dispatch.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us before placing an order to provide instructions and confirm details. For deliveries without a signature requirement, we do not hold any responsibility for the parcel once it has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

Standard shipping: 1-5 business days

Express shipping: 1-2 business days (on requests only, additional rates will apply)

Please note that delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to the services of our freight providers. Currently, increased workloads are causing interruptions and delays, and we kindly ask for your patience if your order arrives slightly later than usual.

 

Delivery Recommendations:

We strongly suggest providing a business address or a street address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

 

Medium to Large Items

• Shipped by StarTrack, TNT, Couriers Please, Aramex, or Toll

• Require a business and street address

• Cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses

• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if no one is present to receive the delivery

• For “No signature required” delivery, couriers will leave the parcel at the address when no one is present to receive the items. Please note, Gsus4 will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels with “no signature required”.

 

Smaller Items

• Shipped via Couriers Please, Aramex, or Australia Post

• For “Signature on Delivery”, if no one is present to receive and sign for the delivery, items will be returned to the nearest depot or Australia Post outlet for re-delivery or collection.

• For “No signature required” delivery, couriers will leave the parcel at the address when no one is present to receive the items. Please note, Gsus4 will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels with “no signature required”.

 

AirTag Tracking for Orders Over $2,000 AUD:

May include an Apple AirTag to track the parcel 24/7

Please use the included pre-paid Express Envelope to return the AirTag once the parcel is received safely.

 

RETURN POLICY

Faulty Products:
If you experience any issues or faults with the items you purchased during the warranty period, please reach out to us at hello@gsus4.com.au for immediate assistance. We will work to resolve the problem and facilitate a warranty claim if required.

Change of Mind:
Please select your purchases carefully. In accordance with ACCC Fair Trading guidelines, we do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind. However, in some cases, we may offer store credit at management’s discretion.

14-Day Return Policy:

In some cases, at management’s discretion, store credit may be offered for returns made within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

• The returned item must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
• A 15% restocking and handling fee may apply.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered. Gsus4 reserves the right to refuse and not accept returns.
• Return authorisation must be requested prior to returning the item.
• Upon receipt, items will be inspected to ensure they meet return criteria before processing the credit.
• Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refunds for excessive returns.

Additional Information:
• Returns without a receipt or proof of purchase cannot be processed.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, and for items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a store credit, refund, or exchange.

Post-Purchase Price Matching:

In accordance with ACCC Fair Trading guidelines, we do not offer refunds or price matching after a purchase has been completed. Just as no shops would charge extra to previous customers when prices increase, we do not provide refunds or adjustments for price decreases after a purchase.

Once an item is purchased, the price is final. It is the responsibility of the customer to review prices and promotions at the time of purchase. We recommend checking our website or contacting our customer service team for the latest pricing information. 

Please note, Gsus4 reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then a store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an online voucher or discount coupon within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not returnable, aside from conditions outlined in Australian Consumer Law (see below). These include:
- Special orders (items that are not stocked, but ordered in specifically for you) may not be returned.
- Clearance items, open box sale, limited edition and one-off special items may not be returned.
- Certain regular stock items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, copyright regulations, or because they require a unique registration or activation code. These include:
- Reeds, harmonicas, recorders, mouthpieces and related items, certain vocal microphones, unsealed / opened earplugs, earphones & headphones and cleaning products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Consumables such as opened guitar strings, valves and other spares cannot be returned.
- Sheet music, recorded music (CDs, DVDs), books, magazines and other published material cannot be returned due to copyright regulations.
- Software cannot be returned due to copyright and registration / activation code requirements.
- Electronic products that require a registration / activation code cannot be returned.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, a product may be returned subject to the following:
- The product is faulty due to manufacturing defects.
- The product supplied is not the product ordered.
- The product does not match to the Manufacturer’s specifications.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
