Every last Thursday of the month - 7:00 PM

Held every last Thursday at 7:00 PM, Burnt Butter Jam Night transforms the Gsus4 hall into a fully equipped live music venue. The atmosphere is relaxed but purposeful - a place where original music is encouraged, experimentation is welcomed, and collaboration happens naturally.

Whether you’re stepping on stage, supporting from the crowd, or simply soaking in the energy of live music up close, the night is designed to feel inclusive, inspiring, and real.

More than a gig - a community night

Working closely with the local Parramatta Council, our JAM Night is as much about people as it is about music. Musicians meet musicians. Audiences discover artists up close. Conversations happen between sets. Ideas form. Collaborations begin.

It’s not uncommon to see players from the crowd step onto the stage, or artists connecting and planning future projects on the same night. That openness is intentional - this is a community-driven platform built to support creativity, not compete with it.

The Gsus4 hall places a strong emphasis on original live music. This is a platform for local artists to test new material, perform full original sets, or invite fellow musicians into spontaneous jam moments.
