Construction centres on a dense 20mm foam core wrapped in abrasion–resistant outer fabric that resists stretch and shrinkage, lined inside with 210–denier nylon to guard against rips and snag damage. Brushed steel zipper pulls and ergonomic handles rated for repeated venue–to–stage hauling reflect mid–tier durability standards. Snare and tom cases feature egg–shaped profiles designed specifically to accommodate snare mechanisms and drums fitted with isolated suspension mounting systems, eliminating the need for custom foam routing.
