Nautilus Neck
The Nautilus Neck represents a bold rethinking of guitar ergonomics—by applying the same mathematical principle (Rule of 18) used for fret spacing to fretboard radius, Nash has created a radical progressive radius. In this design, each fret is incrementally flatter than the one before it, providing built-in clearance and allowing for extremely low string height and minimal relief. This innovation leads to smoother bends, virtually no fret rattle, and improved sustain and resonance.
Because of its optimised geometry, the Nautilus neck demands less traditional neck relief and can be set up with incredibly low action without compromising playability. Nash ships each neck with a slightly higher nut and action as a balanced starting point, so players can fine-tune it further to their personal style. The end result? A guitar neck that blends vintage feel with modern precision, giving players freedom and fluidity across the fretboard.
