TONEX BOARD is IK Multimedia’s all-in-one guitar and bass processor, combining the AI-driven Tone Model technology of TONEX with a comprehensive effects platform derived from AmpliTube. Designed for both live performance and studio use, it gives players control over virtually every stage of their signal chain from a single floor-based unit.

At its core, TONEX BOARD can run up to four Tone Models simultaneously per preset, with independent amp and stomp processing across two paths. Add up to 12 effect slots, flexible splitters and mixers, and more than 70 built-in effects derived from AmpliTube and custom-designed processors, and TONEX BOARD becomes a complete rig rather than simply an amp modeller.

A 5-inch high-resolution colour touchscreen and five physical encoders provide fast control directly from the hardware, while Preset, Scene and Stomp operating modes let you configure the board around different performance workflows. TONEX BOARD also provides access to the huge TONEX ecosystem, including more than 60,000 Tone Models available through ToneNET.

Connectivity is equally comprehensive, with stereo input, independent XLR and TRS stereo outputs, a configurable stereo effects loop, MIDI I/O, two external control connections, headphones and USB-C. It also functions as a 4-in/2-out USB audio interface with direct monitoring and supports custom impulse responses alongside IK Multimedia’s VIR cabinet technology.
