The Ghost Note Audio - RGX 100 Preamp Pedal (Black) delivers the legendary high-gain, tight, and aggressive tone of the classic Randall RG100ES amplifier channel in a compact pedal format.
This pedal features a Crunch Mode that takes you halfway between two channels of the original amp. An internal voltage-boost mechanism ensures the circuit runs at the exact same voltage as the original amplifier.
We have resolved the original amplifier's volume drop quirk when engaging the sustain mode. Shape your sound with the classic 3-band tonestack, a Presence control, and a dedicated Tightness control.
- Based on the legendary, high-gain Randall RG100ES amplifier channel from the 1980s.
- Tightness control cuts low frequencies from early gain stages to tighten your sound.
- Crunch Mode switches bypass capacitors in the first gain stage for in-between tones.
- Sustain Volume fix prevents the volume drop found in the original amplifier's sustain mode.
