The Ghost Note Audio - Lead 100 Gold Preamp Pedal is based on the classic Marshall Lead 100 MOSFET, a mid-gain solid-state amplifier from the 1980s known for its unique sonic characteristics.

This pedal captures the tonal similarities of the Plexi and JCM800 valve amps. It delivers the legendary sound of an amplifier frequently named among the greatest solid-state amps ever made.

Built for reliability, it features an internal voltage-boost mechanism that ensures the circuit runs at the exact same voltage as the original amplifier for authentic performance.

Housed in a rugged 16-gauge steel enclosure with solid aluminum knobs, this preamp pedal offers a classic 3-band tonestack and Presence control to shape your high frequencies.
