Next-generation, high-performance instrument microphone featuring CORE+ technology. This mic delivers pristine, natural and undistorted sound with exceptional isolation and off-axis rejection for any live or studio setting. Fitted with MicroLock® and a series of upgraded instrument clips, the 4099 CORE+ provides even better stability and flexibility on any type of instrument. 

CORE+ pushes distortion down to an absolute minimum across the entire dynamic range. Yet beyond that, CORE+ also significantly extends the dynamic range. The 1% THD threshold has been pushed 10 dB higher, meaning the microphone maintains linearity across a much wider input range. Additionally, the clipping point of the 4099 has been increased by 3 dB, allowing it to handle even more extreme sound pressure levels without compromising sound quality.
