Crazy Tube Circuits Triptychon is a multi-voice analog gain machine built around three essential elements of classic electric guitar tone: fuzz, harmonic shaping and amplifier drive. Rather than treating these as separate effects, Triptychon recreates the way vintage fuzz, octave fuzz and treble booster circuits interact with a pushed amplifier.

At the centre is a 4-voice analog fuzz engine inspired by iconic vintage circuits, covering Fuzz Face-style response, Vox Tone Bender-style bite, Sola Sound Tone Bender Mk1.5-style texture and Tone Bender MkII-style saturation. From touch-sensitive cleanup to thick, aggressive fuzz, each voice keeps its own character while staying musical and usable.

The right side adds harmonic expansion with switchable boost and upper-octave fuzz modes. In boost mode, it offers two treble booster voices for cutting presence or fuller midrange push. In octave mode, it delivers two upper-octave fuzz voices, ranging from articulate octave definition to rich, saturated harmonic overtones.

The left side completes the chain with an amp-style drive section designed to provide the compression, sustain and harmonic response of a pushed amplifier. Triptychon also includes switchable anti-buffer circuits to help restore the correct pickup interaction when using buffers, active pickups or wireless systems before the pedal.
