The Akai Professional MPC Key 37 G2 brings the modern standalone MPC workflow into a compact keyboard-based production instrument. Designed for beat makers, producers, performers and songwriters, it combines Akai’s iconic pad-based sequencing with a 37-key synth-action keyboard, giving you a fast and musical way to build beats, play instruments, sample, arrange and perform without needing a computer.

Powered by a G2 8-core processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, the MPC Key 37 G2 is built for the latest MPC3 workflow. It supports up to 32 plugin instances and 16 stereo audio tracks, giving you more room to produce complete tracks directly from the hardware. The 7” colour multi-touch display keeps editing, arranging, mixing and sound selection hands-on and immediate.

The 37-key keyboard features velocity sensitivity and aftertouch, making it ideal for basslines, chords, melodies, pads and expressive software instruments. You also get 16 velocity-sensitive RGB MPC pads with 8 pad banks and polyphonic aftertouch, pitch and modulation wheels, onboard sampling, MIDI sequencing, audio recording, effects and deep standalone production tools.
