How Our Price Match Works
Same Product, Same Conditions
To assess a price match, the item needs to be exactly the same product — same brand, model, colour, SKU where applicable, and condition. It must be brand new, currently in stock, and supplied through an authorised Australian retailer with a valid local warranty.
We Check the Final Price
We look at the full advertised price, including any delivery, handling, surcharge, or other relevant costs. Please include the competitor’s product link so we can verify the offer properly.
We Keep It Fair
We can’t match obvious pricing errors, outdated listings, below-cost clearance deals, or offers from unauthorised sellers, but we’ll always do our best to offer a fair and competitive price.

Terms & Conditions
While we try to match as many genuine offers as possible, price matching may not apply to:
- Loss-leading prices or products advertised at or below cost
- Competitor pricing errors, misprints, or outdated listings
- Member-only pricing, cashback offers, gift cards, or bonus giveaways
- Bundle deals where only part of the bundle is being purchased
- Used, demo, refurbished, grey-import, or non-Australian stock
- Retailers that are not authorised Australian dealers for the product
- Products that are not currently in stock and available for immediate purchase
