Virtual Instruments: Guitar & Bass

Virtual guitar and bass instruments provide a way to develop parts inside a music production setup. They can help with songwriting, arrangement ideas and productions that call for stringed instrument sounds controlled from a keyboard or MIDI sequence.

When comparing instruments, listen for the playing styles and articulations your music needs. Consider how notes are triggered, how much detail you can edit and whether the library or instrument will fit your computer, storage and DAW requirements.
