Meet the Tail 2 AI-Powered PTZR 4K Live Production Camera—a compact, high-performance PTZ solution for remote, home, or conference room setups. It refreshes the Tail Air with a powerful 1/1.5-inch 50MP CMOS sensor, delivering pristine 4K60 and 1080p120 video. The camera combines 5x optical zoom with a 12x hybrid zoom, and supports IP, HDMI, USB-C, and SDI outputs for flexible deployment. Integrated mic input, SD card slot, and a Tally LED support broadcast-style workflows, while horizontal-to-vertical lens rotation and remote IP/RS-232 control enable versatile, studio-ready framing from any angle.

AI tracking keeps pace with dynamic environments. The Tail 2 features advanced AI Auto Framing and Auto Tracking 2.0, plus an enhanced recognition engine and expanded database including “Only Me” focus for single-subject tracking, and precise Group Tracking for multi-person scenes.

The upgraded Animal and Object Tracking now recognizes more than 30 animal types and over 200 object types, making it easier to showcase subjects with confidence. Easy, hands-free operation with intuitive controls. Starting tracking is as simple as double-clicking your target in the Obsbot Start preview interface to instantly activate AI Tracking. The improved intelligent tracking sustains subject framing as you move, while gesture control 2.0 offers more natural, contactless control for common commands.

The camera’s phase-detection autofocus maintains sharp focus across subjects and scenes, even in challenging lighting.
