The Klotz AYS-3 is a compact Y adapter that separates a stereo connection into individual left and right channels. It connects a 3.5 mm TRS mini-jack plug to two 6.35 mm TS sockets, providing a short breakout for connecting the two channels to separate cables.

The 20 cm cable uses a flexible PVC jacket and colour-coded plastic connector housings to keep the channels easy to identify. Gold-plated contacts complete a lightweight adapter that fits neatly alongside audio equipment without adding a long cable run.
