The Wampler Tumnus Deluxe puts precise tone sculpting into one of Wampler's most popular overdrive circuits. The Tumnus Deluxe offers the same detailed clarity, gritty drive, and powerful boosting potential as the original design. Yet the addition of a 3-band EQ and a Normal/Hot switch opens up even more tonal options. On the side of the Wampler Tumnus Deluxe overdrive pedal, you'll find a Buffer switch that gives you access to transparent true-bypass switching or the tonal sweetening of this design's buffer.

Choosing your Tumnus

Tumnus Deluxe adds Bass and Mid controls, a Hot gain mode and a buffered/true-bypass switch. For a smaller enclosure and a simpler Volume, Gain and Treble layout, see the Wampler Tumnus Mini. Choose around the space and tone controls you need on your pedalboard.

Power for your pedalboard

Tumnus Deluxe requires 9V power and can use a battery or a compatible 9V DC pedal supply. Do not use an 18V, centre-positive or AC adapter.

Good Pure overdrive !

Good, Clear overdrive, nice sound with the Mids turned up for punch and really good as an always on sound ! As a standalone drive pedal or stacking other dirt pedals after, Its a good one.
