SHIPPING POLICY

In Gsus4, we're trying to provide best possible online shopping experience by offering FREE shipping to all metropolitan areas in Australia on orders over $99 and under 15kg cubic weight with dimensions no greater than 1m in any direction.

When shipping address falls into rural & remote postcodes, extra shipping cost will be calculated and charged as couriers are charging up to the triple compared to the average cost depending on the address.

Shipping timeframes are subject to the services of our freight providers. The following estimated timeframes typically apply for delivery of standard (non-bulky) items to east coast metropolitan capital areas.

  • Standard shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note: we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes as delivery remains out of our control once an item has left our store.

The services of our freight providers are currently affected by increased workloads, leading to interruptions and delays. We kindly ask for your patience if your order arrives slightly later than the usual timeframe.

We strongly suggest providing a business address, or an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

  • For medium to large items (shipped by our freight providers StarTrack, TNT, Couriers Please, Aramex or Toll) we generally require a business & street address. Please note these couriers won't be able to ship any items to PO Box address. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if someone is not present to receive the delivery.
  • For smaller items (shipped via Couriers Please, Aramex or Australia Post), if you are not present to receive and sign for the delivery these will be returned to the nearest Depot or Australia Post outlet for re-delivery or collection. A notification card will be left by the courier.

For orders over $2,000 AUD, we may also include Apple AirTag to track the parcel 24/7. Once received the parcel safely, please use included pre-paid Express Envelope to return the AirTag back to us.

 

RETURN POLICY

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you satisfied customer. We understand though that in some cases you may want to return the item for a store credit.

Here is our 14 Day return policy
  • The returned item must be in our possession within 14 days of the date you received it
  • Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable
  • For some products, we do charge a restocking fee for returned items.
  • Returned items must be in the original condition with package, not used or altered.
  • Customers must request a return authorisation prior to returning.
  • Upon receipt the item will be inspected by us to ensure everything is in order before in the refund is processed.
  • Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

What if I have a problem with an item I purchased?
If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us and we will help to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. Often we are able to quickly troubleshoot issues over the phone, or arrange to return the item to us promptly if required.

Can I return an item that I purchased?
Please choose your purchases carefully, as per ACCC Fair Trading requirements we do not offer refunds for a "change of mind". If you do need to return an item we may offer an exchange or a store credit at the discretion of management. If you are unsure of anything in regards to a return please contact a member of our sales team and we will be happy to assist you.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then a store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an online voucher or discount coupon within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not returnable, aside from conditions outlined in Australian Consumer Law (see below). These include:
- Special orders (items that are not stocked, but ordered in specifically for you) may not be returned.
- Clearance items, open box sale, limited edition and one-off special items may not be returned.
- Certain regular stock items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, copyright regulations, or because they require a unique registration or activation code. These include:
- Reeds, harmonicas, recorders, mouthpieces and related items, certain vocal microphones, unsealed / opened earplugs, earphones & headphones and cleaning products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Consumables such as opened guitar strings, valves and other spares cannot be returned.
- Sheet music, recorded music (CDs, DVDs), books, magazines and other published material cannot be returned due to copyright regulations.
- Software cannot be returned due to copyright and registration / activation code requirements.
- Electronic products that require a registration / activation code cannot be returned.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, a product may be returned subject to the following:
- The product is faulty due to manufacturing defects.
- The product supplied is not the product ordered.
- The product does not match to the Manufacturer’s specifications.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
