- Deionised Water
- Aloe Vera
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Lemon Oil
- Peppermint Oil
- Menthol Crystals
- Eucalyptus Oil
- Shake well prior to using every time.
- Store at ROOM TEMPERATURE.
- Dosage: Adults, start with 1-3 drops orally to acquire taste.
- Can build up to 5mls at once, if required.
- Maximum recommended dose 15mls per day.
- Sport / exercise use 15-20mins prior & as needed for endurance
- Children (from 5yr) start with a “taste” increase to 1-2 drops if required.
- Severe, long term congestion may initailly require larger & more frequent doses to open & clear.
