The Roland RD-700SX is an 88-note digital stage piano and Master controller keyboard with 128-voice polyphony, featuring a properly weighted Hammer Action design, with a real hammer mechanism, a pair of multi-sampled, multi-velocity grand piano sounds, and a large, versatile onboard library of sounds and rhythm sets. The keyboard also supports multiple pedaling modes, including half-damper, for the utmost in expressive performance nuance.

The RD-700SX provides a full complement of reverbs, chorusing, multi-effects, and proprietary COSM simulator processing technology, with a hands-on, global 3-band EQ and multi-band Compressor available for additional sound sculpting. The controller section of the keyboard offers 4 assignable sliders with 4-zone control, two independent MIDI outputs, and a robust pitch bend/modulation performance lever, and several programmable instant access buttons for one's favorite sounds.
