In addition to multi-cam streaming across a variety of platforms, the Instream lets you add graphic overlays, picture-in-picture, chroma key, and transition effects when switching camera inputs. It streams at up to 1080p60 using the H.264 codec and can record to an optional SD card. Featuring a 7" LCD touchscreen display, two HDMI inputs, and one USB-A input, plus an HDMI output for monitoring your stream on a local device. The device also includes line-level audio input, a mic input, and a headphone jack for direct audio monitoring. Touchscreen control puts powerful streaming tools at your fingertips, enabling quick scene changes, overlays, and parameter tweaks with a simple tap. Direct social integration lets you log in to Instagram & TikTok directly on the Instream and broadcast without external software. It supports RTMP and RTMPS for compatibility with a wide range of livestreaming services. Beyond basic switching, the Instream bundles an array of overlays and production tools: branded logos, watermarks, rolling captions; customizable PiP options; chroma keying; built-in lower-thirds and animated countdown templates (editable or replace with your own). It also supports comment overlays and an SD card input to roll in pre-recorded videos for intros, countdowns, B-rolls, or special segments. Connectivity-wise, you can rely on Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, or Ethernet to keep your stream flowing.
