The Vemuram Las Lunas is a distortion pedal developed over many years in pursuit of the iconic drive sounds of the late 1970s through to the early 1980s — an era defined by some of the most influential guitar tones in rock history.

At the heart of Las Lunas is a highly flexible 3-band passive EQ designed to deliver natural, organic drive while adapting easily to different guitars, amplifiers and pedal combinations. The BASS control offers an unusually wide adjustment range, allowing you to restore or reshape the low-end response often lost with traditional distortion circuits.

The TONE control provides broad adjustment of the overall brightness and warmth across a wide frequency range centred around the midrange, while TREBLE independently fine-tunes the upper frequencies without significantly affecting the lows or mids. Together, the three controls provide extensive tone shaping while maintaining an intuitive and musical response.

Las Lunas also offers two distinct distortion styles via its DIST A/B toggle. DIST A delivers a flat, detailed and warm drive character, while DIST B provides an edgier, sharper and more full-bodied sound. Dedicated SAT trimmers for each mode allow the harmonic saturation of both distortion styles to be individually fine-tuned.
