The Sterling by Music Man JP70 in Stealth Black brings John Petrucci’s signature design to a 7-string guitar. A contoured forearm scoop and 24-fret neck support the instrument’s playing layout, with a hard maple neck and rosewood fingerboard over a nyatoh body. Custom JP inlays include the shield motif associated with the design.
Dual humbuckers are controlled by a three-way toggle, master volume and master tone. The fully floating modern tremolo provides expressive pitch movement, while locking tuners make string installation straightforward. A 25.5-inch scale and 16-inch fingerboard radius complete a layout with a relatively flat playing surface.
