Construction pivots on a 20mm foam core engineered for impact absorption whilst maintaining minimal weight. The outer shell uses abrasion–resistant fabric that neither stretches nor shrinks over time, whilst the interior finishes with 210–denier nylon to resist rips and tears during repeated loading.
