Boveda 84% RH Size-8 packs are intended to dampen woodwind reeds for rehearsal and performance. This higher-humidity option suits a separate reed-care setup for reeds being prepared for playing, with applications across single-reed and double-reed instruments.
The two-pack supplies compact humidity-control packets that work by exchanging moisture with their surroundings, without a wet sponge or water reservoir to refill. Use them in a suitable reed container and keep the 84% formulation separate from other humidity levels. Reeds and a reed case are not included.
