The Pinstripe Pedals DISOe is a buffered 2-channel line isolation box designed for modern DSP guitar rigs, amp modellers and pedalboard-based direct setups. Built as the next evolution of Pinstripe’s dual line isolator design, the DISOe adds high-performance buffering to cleanly drive the output transformers for improved clarity, tone and signal integrity.
Designed for rigs using units such as TONEX, TONEX One, Strymon Iridium, Line 6 HX Stomp, Walrus ACS1, Boss IR-2, IR-200 and Universal Audio amp modelers, the DISOe converts 1/4” balanced or unbalanced outputs to balanced XLR while maintaining line level. It also provides transformer isolation, ground lift functionality and phantom power protection for safer connection to front-of-house systems.
The DISOe includes an XLR summing switch for quickly moving between stereo and mono setups, plus a polarity reverse switch for the Left XLR output, making it especially useful for dual amp modeller or dual direct rig configurations. Buffered 1/4” outputs allow connection to powered monitors or real amps, and the unit can also be used with TXRX-M receive boxes to send pedalboard signal over long XLR cable runs.
Hand-built with US-made Cinemag line isolation transformers, Switchcraft and Neutrik connectors, Grayhill sealed switches and a powder coated cast aluminium enclosure, the DISOe is made for serious studio, stage and touring use. It runs from standard 9V pedalboard power and is backed by Pinstripe Pedals’ 3-year warranty.
