This is the 48W Walrus Canvas Power Brick, rated at 24V DC and 2A. It is the replacement power adapter specified by Walrus for Canvas Power 5, Canvas Power 8 and Canvas Power HP, including a Link unit that needs its own power brick.
When connecting additional Canvas units, their total load shares the same brick. Check the total power requirement before adding units; Walrus specifies a 96W brick for Canvas Power 15, 22 and HP+. For equipment from another brand, verify its voltage, connector, polarity and power requirements with the manufacturer before choosing an adapter.
