Alnico 5 magnets deliver classic tonal character with increased output for a great vintage-hot Firebird sound.

The Seymourized Mini Humbucker neck is designed so that each coil contains a high-carbon steel blade coupled to the bottom-loaded alnico 5 bar magnet. The tone has more midrange and clarity, and provides nice, even sounding chords with just a hint of snarl. Clean tones have a clear, snappiness, and distorted tones have a nice midrange growl. The Seymourized Mini humbucker bridge has more midrange and grit, while providing noticeably more muscle than a vintage style pickup. Chords sound big and aggressive without getting fizzy or losing that cool alnico tonal character. There is a natural openness to the tone that delivers a larger serving of what is so special about Firebird tone. Hand made in Santa Barbara, CA, the Seymourized Mini Humbuckers are drop-in replacements for any mini-humbucker sized route and are intended to be mounted to the guitar using Firebird style mounting rings and 3-48 humbucker mounting screws. Come with a 4-conductor lead wires for multiple wiring options, and are vacuum wax potted for squeal free operation.
