Protection Racket's Nutcase range represents entry–level drum case engineering without compromise. Built on technology perfected in the Proline line, Nutcases combine lightweight construction with serious impact resistance. The 18”×14” bass drum, paired with 14”×14” and 12”×8” toms plus 14”×5.5” snare case, delivers a complete four–piece protection solution at minimal weight penalty.

Each case features a dense 20mm foam core that absorbs shock without bulk, wrapped in abrasion–resistant fabric that resists stretching and shrinkage. The interior 210–denier nylon lining guards against rips and tears during transport. Tom and snare cases employ egg–shaped geometry to accommodate suspended isolation mounting systems and snare mechanisms. Brushed steel zipper pulls and ergonomic handles provide durability and comfort through repeated load–ins; internal dimensions exceed shell sizes to accommodate hardware fixtures.

This configuration suits intermediate players upgrading from soft bags or those building a compact touring kit. The snare–specific sizing accommodates standard strainer and butt plate configurations without modification, whilst tom cases allow clearance for isolation brackets and tom holders commonly found on modern hardware.
