The Hosa Edge DB25 to DB25 Snake delivers 8 channels of balanced analogue audio in a single 3-metre cable, designed to streamline connections between multitrack interfaces, patch bays, and mixing consoles. This snake uses a pair of 25-pin D-sub connectors to carry eight discrete balanced lines, eliminating the clutter of individual XLR or TRS cables in project studios and live racks. The Edge series features oxygen-free copper conductors and spiral shielding to maintain signal integrity across all channels simultaneously.

Each of the eight channels is wired to the TASCAM pinout standard, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of audio interfaces and patchbays from manufacturers including Focusrite, PreSonus, and Digidesign. The DB25 connectors feature nickel-plated contacts and moulded strain relief to withstand repeated connection cycles. At 3 metres, this snake provides enough length for desktop–to–rack connections or short runs between gear in home and project studios without excess cable bulk.
