The Klotz AY1X-0300 jack-to-XLR insert Y cable links a compatible single-jack insert point with an external processor using separate XLR send and return connections. The male and female XLR branches provide the two sides of the insert loop in one paired assembly. This 3 m version uses one 6.35 mm TRS plug to one male and one female three-pin XLR connector.

PCU201-Z twin cable and a PVC jacket keep the two unbalanced insert paths together. The jack uses gold-plated contacts and the XLR connectors use silver-plated contacts, matching the connection types specified for this insert cable.
