The Trickfish Bullhead 1K is a professional bass amplifier head built for players who need serious power, clean headroom, and precise tone shaping in a compact, road-ready format.

Featuring the acclaimed Mike Pope designed low-noise solid-state preamp, the Bullhead 1K delivers a clean, musical foundation with excellent clarity and response. Its powerful 1000W Class D power section gives bassists the authority and headroom needed for demanding live, rehearsal, and studio environments.

The 4-band switchable EQ offers extensive tonal control, with shelving bass and treble sections plus low-mid and high-mid bandpass EQ controls. Selectable frequency and bandwidth options make it easy to shape everything from warm vintage-style bass tones to tight, articulate modern sounds.

Designed for practical stage use, the Bullhead 1K includes a 10-segment LED input level ladder, switchable input attenuation, master volume, mute switch, tuner output, aux input, headphone output, and a series/parallel effects loop with ground lift. The balanced XLR direct output also includes pre/post selection, ground lift, and level control, making it highly suitable for live sound and recording applications.

Housed in a durable aluminium chassis, the Bullhead 1K is compact, powerful, and easy to integrate into a professional bass rig. With dual Neutrik combo speaker outputs and optional rack ears available, it is a flexible choice for players who want premium Trickfish tone with full-scale power.
