Shopify Order Batch Opener (Chrome Extension)

After the release is available, install it in Google Chrome from the Chrome Web Store. A Shopify admin account with Orders access is required.

1. Open the Chrome Web Store.
2. Search for Shopify Order Batch Opener and open its listing.
3. Select Add to Chrome, then confirm Add extension.
4. Pin it using Chrome’s Extensions menu (the puzzle icon).
5. Right-click the extension icon and choose Options to add your store.

1. Open your Shopify Orders page and copy the address through /orders, with a trailing slash.
2. In Options, enter Store name and Shopify admin URL, then select Save settings.https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store/orders/Replace your-store with your store identifier. Leave out the individual order ID and any query string.
3. Sort Shopify Orders by date, newest first.
4. Wait for the list to load, then click the toolbar icon.

No Shopify API key is needed. You use your existing Shopify login.

Free saves one store, which you can edit or replace. Pro lets you Add store and keep multiple stores in Saved stores. The toolbar uses the saved store matching the current Orders page. It opens a batch from that page, not from all your stores at once.

Each matching order opens in a separate new browser tab. The default is 10 background tabs, so you stay on the original Orders page. Process those orders yourself and return to the list for the next batch.

Choose a count from 1–10 on Free or 1–50 on Pro. All also respects your plan’s limit. Pro gives you larger batches and multiple saved stores; Free can continue opening later batches with additional clicks.

Bottom-to-top opening is enabled by default. With the Shopify list sorted newest first, the oldest loaded orders open first. The extension does not inspect order dates or sort all orders across your store.

Larger batches use more memory. Reduce the count if your computer slows down.

• Skip order tabs that are already open: enabled by default.
• Remember opened orders for this session: enabled by default.
• Switch to each new tab as it opens: disabled by default.
• Clear duplicate history: reset batch progress without closing tabs. Open-tab duplicate checking still applies.
• Custom regular expression: an optional additional filter within the saved store’s numeric order links.

Saving settings resets batch progress. Restarting Chrome or reloading the extension clears session progress but keeps saved settings. Pro’s additional stores stay saved locally but locked if the license becomes inactive; the Free primary store remains usable.

Pro is US$1.99 once. No recurring subscription. It increases the per-click maximum to 50 and enables multiple saved stores. Both plans default to 10. One license is valid for one active extension installation at a time.

When Pro launches, select Upgrade to Pro in Options to open the hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout. After purchase, copy the license key from your receipt or the provider’s My Orders page, paste it into Options and select Activate / Restore purchase. A successful payment page alone does not unlock the extension.

To move your license, select Deactivate this installation on the old installation and wait for confirmation. Then activate the same key on the new installation. Another Chrome profile or another computer is a separate installation, even with the same Google login.

If the old computer or profile is unavailable, email hello@gsus4.com.au from your purchase email with your order ID. We can verify ownership and reset the old activation. Do not pay again to restore an existing purchase.

The license has no scheduled expiry, but needs online activation and periodic verification. This is not a promise of lifetime compatibility with future Chrome or Shopify changes or every future separately sold product. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. No explanation is required. Email hello@gsus4.com.au from your purchase email and include your order ID or receipt.

If you accidentally buy the same license more than once for the same need, send both order IDs. We will refund the unintended extra purchase after verification, including requests after 14 days.

We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go through the provider to the original payment method. Arrival depends on the provider and bank; it is not immediate. We do not deduct our processing fee from your refund.

The refunded license is disabled, and Pro ends when the extension next verifies that result. Free remains available. For a duplicate refund, the intended original license stays valid.

This voluntary policy is additional to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights may apply after 14 days. Contact us if the product does not work as described. Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds under its applicable terms.

Payment failed, or I cancelled checkout

Free remains available. If you see a charge but no receipt, check spam and your provider order page, then contact support before paying again.

My license is already active elsewhere

Deactivate the old installation first, or ask support for a verified reset if it is unavailable. Purchase another license only if you need Pro on another installation at the same time.

Pro cannot be verified right now

Select Check purchase while online. Valid results are cached for up to 6 hours. During a temporary service outage, an already verified license can retain Pro for up to 72 hours from its last successful check. An explicit invalid, expired or disabled response ends Pro when received. After the grace period, Free remains usable until successful verification.

No orders open, or the sequence looks wrong

Check the current store is saved and the Orders list is fully loaded. Sort by date, newest first, enable bottom-to-top opening and save. Existing open tabs and session history may be skipped. Clear duplicate history to restart, and close existing order tabs if you want to reopen them.

Refunded or wrong-product license

A disabled, expired or unrelated product key cannot activate Pro. Contact support if the result is unexpected. Do not send your full license key, card details, passwords or Shopify customer records.

Order information stays in your browser

When you click the toolbar icon, the extension reads current-page link URLs. With duplicate checking enabled, it compares open-tab URLs. It does not read other tabs’ contents, Chrome browsing-history records or order contents such as customer names and payment details.

Source-page URLs (which may include search filters), order URLs, tab identifiers, batch progress, duplicate records and timestamps stay in browser session storage. None are sent for licensing. Opening a new order tab makes a normal request to Shopify using your login.

Local settings and installation data

Chrome local storage holds saved store names/URLs, preferences and an encrypted license record containing the license key, a random installation identifier, a provider activation identifier, status and verification timestamps. The license record uses AES-256-GCM encryption with a non-exportable key in extension-local IndexedDB. Saved store settings are outside that encrypted record. Chrome account sync is not used. The extension does not collect hardware serial numbers or create a device fingerprint.

Checkout and license verification

Lemon Squeezy and its checkout/payment providers process purchase email, billing and payment information. The extension does not receive full card details or PayPal passwords. Purchase records are available to the merchant in the provider dashboard.

Activation, validation and deactivation send the license key and the required random installation label or activation identifier to api.lemonsqueezy.com over HTTPS. The provider receives normal network metadata such as IP address. Its response can include purchase/product identifiers, license state and purchaser name/email; the extension uses the response to verify the product and installation. Licensing requests do not contain Shopify store or order URLs.

Valid results may be cached for 6 hours. Temporary failures allow up to 72 hours of continued Pro after the last successful check. Explicit invalid results end Pro when received. Checks occur during use. Provider data is handled under the Lemon Squeezy privacy notice.

Retention and deletion

Clear duplicate history or save settings to reset session progress. Restarting Chrome or reloading/disabling/updating the extension clears session records. Closing a source tab removes its progress. Unused progress older than 12 hours is not reused on the next run. Chrome’s own open tabs and browsing history can remain separately.

You can edit or delete saved stores. Extra Pro stores remain saved but locked after downgrade. Uninstalling removes extension-local data; it does not automatically free the provider activation or delete purchase records. Deactivate first, or contact support for a verified reset. The provider retains records under its policies and legal obligations.

Permissions and purpose

• storage: keep settings, license state and session progress.
• tabs: compare URLs for duplicate prevention.
• License API access: activate, verify and deactivate Pro.

No Shopify API key is required. All executable extension code is packaged locally; license responses are data. No analytics or advertising SDK is included. Chrome API data is used only for the stated order-opening and duplicate-prevention purpose, consistently with Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements; it is not sold, used for advertising or used for credit decisions.
