The RevivalDRIVE Custom features an expanded Re-Amp EQ, letting you tailor the output of the pedal with absolute precision. Hi-Shelf and Bright-Cap Cut filters are both enhanced with additional frequency options, selectable via front-mounted toggle switches. The EQ2 controls also benefit from more tweakability, with an adjustable “tilt” control, three frequency positions, and two operating modes. The result is perfect compatibility with any amp, as well as flat-response power amps, cabinet simulators and recording interfaces.

Elusive ghost notes and vintage-style sag

More/Pres is a 2-part control that drastically changes in function depending on where you are on the knob’s sweep. Turned clockwise, this control functions like a classic presence function on a tube amp, granting you enhanced control over your top-end response. Turned counterclockwise, the More/Pres control begins to alter the amount of negative feedback in your signal, changing the RevivalDRIVE’s sonic character from classic American tweed to full-force British firepower with the slightest brush of a knob. Finally, the Ghost control takes full advantage of the RevivalDRIVE’s split rectifier personalities, mimicking the mains-hum-induced harmonic “ghost notes” and supple sag that occurs when pushing a power amp to its limits.
